Signal Health works well. No problems, and nurses Diem and Tyler are among the best and most professional I’ve worked with anywhere in years. Signal’s program has been a lifesaver, literally. I’m not well organized and tend to be forgetful; I also have difficulty formulating the right questions. Diem and Tyler have solved all those problems. I have excellent doctors, but I forget appointments, screw up my meds, etc. Plus most are so busy it takes weeks to get an appointment. Diem and Tyler are here every week, and have time to explain things, sort out all my meds, make sure I get to appointments, etcetera. That makes a huge difference when I’ve had as many as eight doctors appointments in a week, with all the changes in treatment that can mean.
